So hows it going? My life is very crazy at the moment. My grandpa is dying and Xmas is a few days away. The suspense is terrible. I lack three vocal tracks and the album will be done I swear this time. Kristin and I are doing well, I love that girl. Thats all.

Hey kiddos, hows life going? Cody's is good. Though it may sound like bad news I will be totally rerecording my entire album. I am going to Siesta Ranch Studios in Gilmer, Tx to record with Rhandy Simmons. Rhandy is going to be producing, engineering and playing bass on the album. Rhandy has played bass for such greats as Stevie Ray Vaughn, Santana and more. So the album is going to be pretty amazing. I know no one cares but on a note in my personal life I have a new cool girlfriend her name is Kristin. Eventually everyone should meet her at a show. Hey kids hows it go? It's been a while since I've updated here so alot of stuff is going on. A couple of big shows in March are coming so be ready. First in line I will be opening for Fat Dixie on March 16th at Crosswire I should be starting at 9PM CST but show up by 8PM for safety reasons. This is going to be a good show and a good time so if you can get in Crosswire be there or be square. Then coming up on March 31st is the Annual Scatfest be there from start to finish there will be some good acts this year. For more info on Scatfest visit www.myspace.com/japan4pro this is the 4th year for Scatfest and we hope to have a big turn out so tell all your friends. Now then I have to record vocals on 2 more songs and the long awaited debut album will be completed as far as recording goes. So be on the lookout for a cd release party around April or May. I appreciate everyone who has waited and anticipated the finish of this project or helped me out by sampling the material and putting in their 2 cents worth. Just some interesting news about me, I have started playing lead guitar on Sunday mornings at St. Paul Baptist church in Paris. I know what your thinking if you are from the area but who cares it's a new day and it's time to break the color guard down so if you feel like being moved on a Sunday morning come and visit us it's a very moving service. Hello hello hello! Hey kids it's been sometime since I posted apparently. First I must appologize some wise ass decided it would be fun to deface this website. Who knows why? Not me. Probably had something to do with me being from America and right now our douche bag prez is giving all of us a bad name. But past that I wanted update everyone on somethings. First off the cd is so close to being finished I can taste it. I need some response though which means send all your friends over here and have them comment there choice because at the bottom of this post I am listing a few options for the cover song for the album. It's my first album so why the hell not cover something by one of my many musical influences so be sure to give your opinion because it matters. Alright so coming up this month everyone get ready because there will be a Japan 4 show at the Detroit Tabernacle and everyone is invited. We are going to try something new and different and do an unplugged show. And when Joey asked me if I would headline of course I couldnt turn him down. The date for that show is August 19th and it starts at 8 but everyone get there by 7:30 so you can see all the bands because they all need your support. I may have some suprises as far as material this show I've written some new songs and they could possibly peek out at this show. Alright here's my 3rd and last proposal I need you guys to help me out and tell all your friends about me on Myspace. Just tell everyone we are aiming for 1000 friends before the end of August so get out there and promote help our little slice of North East Texas make it into the world. Woo-hoo! So I kinda played a secret show on Saturday at Hastings had some different people come out and some new people and all together it was a good show. I've had better nights vocal wise, but for the most part it was fun. So I'm sitting here listening to Mick Jagger and thinking Scatfest is coming soon and then I was wondering what songs I should play and got a fun idea. I dont know how many people actually come here but to those that do contact me and let me know what songs you think I should play at Scatfest. You can post a comment w/ your choices or just go to the contact page and email me. Jonathon will be playing at Scatfest so it should be a great show. Jonathon is a great guy and when he plays everyone pulls together real tight for some reason so he's very helpful in getting my songs out to you guys the way I want them out. So the cd is almost half way done, this is really taking me a while I know and I appologize I'm doing my best to get what I can done. Well I'm off.
